About Angelo Pinto & Associates
Angelo Pinto & Associates is not a traditional law practice. It is a justice-rooted legal and educational practice built to serve families navigating systems that are often confusing, intimidating, and unequal.
Founded by a nationally recognized civil rights attorney and policy strategist, the firm was created to address a critical gap: families are routinely told to “get a will,” yet are rarely taught how estate planning truly works, what tools actually protect them, or how to preserve wealth and intention across generations.
As a result, families lose property in probate, face internal conflict, and see loved ones’ final wishes ignored—outcomes that are preventable with the right guidance.
The firm focuses on estate planning, trusts, legacy protection, and family-centered legal education. Every service is grounded in clarity, cultural competence, and the belief that legal knowledge should empower—not exclude.
Angelo Pinto & Associates approaches law as a tool for protection, dignity, and continuity, helping families move from uncertainty to confidence and from survival to generational stability.

Meet Angelo Pinto

Angelo Pinto, Esq.
Angelo Pinto is a civil rights attorney, policy strategist, educator, and nationally respected advocate whose work spans law, public policy, and community justice.
For years, Angelo has operated at the forefront of major civil rights and criminal justice reform efforts, working on campaigns that have shaped national conversations around racial equity, public safety, and systemic accountability. His legal and policy work has supported families, movements, and communities seeking fairness within systems that often produce harm instead of protection.
In addition to his legal practice, Angelo has served as an educator, teaching at the university level on issues of race, law, and public administration. His academic work reflects his belief that legal systems must be understood, challenged, and reshaped—not just navigated.
But Angelo’s commitment to estate planning and legacy preservation is deeply personal.
During the passing of his grandmother, Georgia Mae Dingle, Angelo witnessed firsthand how even a properly notarized will could be challenged, delayed, and entangled in years of probate court. Despite her best efforts, her final wishes were not immediately honored. That experience exposed a painful truth: too many families do “what they’re told” and still lose control over their legacy.
That moment reshaped Angelo’s focus.
Today, Angelo Pinto & Associates represents the intersection of his legal expertise, policy insight, and lived experience. His work helps families protect not just assets, but agency—ensuring their wishes are honored, their property is safeguarded, and their legacy is passed forward with intention.
